Risette is a tribute to the lady of the house. It is an informal fine dining Restaurant set within the elegant Casa Ellul, in the heart of Valletta.
The kitchen is led by Chef Andrew Borg, previously Chef Patron at Black Pig Restaurant. His extensive experience in kitchens throughout Europe has complimented and developed his devotion for fine cuisine.
With an emphasis on using the freshest produce, Risette’s menu changes weekly. The menu combines cultures and methods into dishes which express Andrew’s passion for flavours together with his mastery of technicalities;
